[Asia Economy Reporter Seoyoung Kwon] Two brothers in their 50s were found dead in a villa in Incheon, prompting the police to launch an investigation.
Today (24th), the Samsan Police Station in Incheon announced that at around 8:20 a.m., brothers A (59) and B (56) were found dead in a villa in Samsan-dong, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon. It is known that the brothers' sister and firefighters discovered the bodies.
The fire department responded after the brothers' sister reported, "My brother is not answering calls and there is no sign of life inside the house." They forcibly opened the villa's entrance door and entered, where they found the deceased. Marks suggesting strangulation were found on A, and B's body showed wounds resembling stab wounds from a sharp weapon.
The police stated that they are currently investigating the circumstances of the deaths through an on-site investigation. A police official explained, "There appears to be no signs of external intrusion other than the A brothers, but we are keeping multiple possibilities open during the investigation."
