Line Construction Launches Sales for ‘Naepo New City Easy The One 3rd Phase’ on the 30th

[Asia Economy Reporter Tae-min Ryu] Line Construction announced on the 23rd that it will open the model house for ‘Naepo New Town EG the 1 (Easy the One) Phase 3,’ built on RH4-1 block in Naepo New Town, Chungnam, on the 30th and begin full-scale sales.

Naepo New Town Easy the One Phase 3 consists of 15 buildings, ranging from 2 basement floors to 26 above-ground floors, with a total of 954 households of exclusive areas 73㎡ and 84㎡. Including the previously sold Phase 1 and Phase 2 complexes, a brand town with a total of 2,663 households is expected to be formed.

This complex offers an educational environment within walking distance to nearby Boseong Elementary School, Deoksan Middle School, and Deoksan High School. Around the complex are Hongye Park and Mokri Stream Waterfront Park, and with a landscaping rate of 40% designed within the complex, Line Construction explains that residents can enjoy a pleasant living environment.

Furthermore, Naepo New Town, where the complex is located, is a representative regional administrative town currently housing Chungnam Provincial Office and Chungnam Office of Education, allowing convenient access to various living infrastructures.

Each household will also be provided with a storage room. For the exclusive 84㎡ units, a three-sided opening and a wide-type spacious living room (6.1m) will be applied. Within the complex, various community facilities such as a music lesson room, gateball court, golf course, fitness center, Mom-Kids Cafe, guest house, and small library will be established, and storage rooms will be provided for each household. Additionally, the 84㎡ units will feature specialized designs such as three-sided openings and wide-type spacious living rooms.

Special supply for the complex will be conducted from the 9th to the 10th of next month. The first priority subscription will be on the 11th, and the second priority on the 12th. The announcement of winners will be on the 19th of next month, and the official contract period will be from the 30th of the same month to September 2nd. The model house will be located in the Shingyeong-ri area, Hongbuk-eup, Hongseong-gun, Chungnam.
