EV Advanced Materials Changes Major Shareholder to Nexton Bioscience

[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] EV Advanced Materials announced on the 21st that its largest shareholder has changed from SL Bionics to Nexton Bioscience.

This change is due to the completion of the stock transfer agreement and the payment of the remaining balance by the former largest shareholder, SL Bionics.
