‘Centum Livework,’ the first new-concept live office in Uijeongbu Gosan District, is planning to begin sales.
‘Centum Livework’ is introduced as a new-concept live office that combines the advantages of residential houses and office-tels designed for work, catering to the recent trend of increasing one-person businesses such as YouTubers and small startups.
This place applies various types of interior designs tailored to the business concept. Differentiating itself from the oversaturated existing office-tels, it installs private bathrooms and shower booths as standard living options to enhance convenience.
In particular, responding to the post-COVID-19 era, public facilities such as restrooms have been incorporated within the exclusive area, and it features exposed ceilings with a high sense of openness and accent lighting.
‘Centum Livework’ in Uijeongbu Gosan District offers excellent accessibility, with Uijeongbu Light Rail Transit transfers and BRT routes allowing travel from Minrak 2 District to Dobongsan Station in 10 minutes. Additionally, the extension of Subway Line 7 and the opening of the GTX-C line (scheduled for 2025) are expected to significantly improve access to Seoul and the metropolitan area.
Near the location of Centum Livework, there are pleasant green spaces such as Minrak Cultural Neighborhood Park, large supermarkets, cultural facilities, 24 elementary, middle, and high schools, and 18 kindergartens.
A representative of Uijeongbu Centum Livework stated, “Centum Livework allows free occupancy without business restrictions and will present a live office that combines the advantages of residential and work-type interior spaces, differentiating itself from existing office-tels designed for work.”
Meanwhile, the model house for ‘Centum Livework’ in Uijeongbu Gosan District is scheduled to open in July.
