KHNP Hanbit Nuclear Power Headquarters Joins 'Our Jeonnam Social Vaccine' Campaign

30 Million Won Donated to Yeonggwang-gun Regional Children's Center

According to the Jeonnam Community Chest of Korea on the 16th, Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. Hanbit Nuclear Power Headquarters donated about 30 million KRW for the restructuring project of children's school buses to local children's centers in Yeonggwang-gun.

The delivery ceremony was brightened by the presence of Kim Donggeuk, Secretary General of the Jeonnam Community Chest of Korea, Lee Seungcheol, Head of Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. Hanbit Nuclear Power Headquarters, and executives and employees.

The funds delivered on this day for the restructuring project of children's school buses will be supported to nine local children's centers in Yeonggwang-gun to create a safe environment for children's return home and transportation.

Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. Hanbit Nuclear Power Headquarters was selected as a meritorious person who devotedly participated in the 'Hope 2021 Sharing Campaign' despite the difficult conditions due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, contributing to the development of local welfare and activation of donation culture, and received a commendation from the Jeonnam Community Chest of Korea.
