Public Redevelopment 추진 in Gwangmyeong, Goyang, and Hwaseong, Gyeonggi... 7,380 Housing Units to be Supplied

[Asia Economy Reporter Kangwook Cho] The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport announced on the 16th that it has selected four sites as candidates for public redevelopment: Gwangmyeong 7R district in Gwangmyeong-si, Gyeonggi-do, Wondang 6 and 7 districts in Goyang-si, and Jinan 1-2 district in Hwaseong-si.

These areas are the first public redevelopment candidate sites selected outside of Seoul.

Through public redevelopment, the residential environment of the old downtown areas of Gwangmyeong, Goyang, and Hwaseong will be improved, and a total of 7,380 new housing units will be supplied.
