[Asia Economy Reporter Hyunseok Yoo] Blueberry NFT announced on the 14th that it has signed an MOU for NFT business cooperation with Art Concierge New York (hereinafter ACNY).
ACNY, which signed the MOU with Blueberry NFT, is a company that provides art-related consulting to individuals and corporations. Along with art consulting, it operates space businesses such as Gallery STAN and STAN Art Center, conducting exhibitions and various planning projects for domestic and international artists.
Through this MOU, the two companies will collaborate not only on NFT product development for artists affiliated with Gallery STAN, a brand under ACNY, but also on Blueberry NFT's art sector NFT business and agency operations. Gallery STAN achieved a complete sell-out of 108 exhibited works at Art Busan last May, drawing interest and positive responses from the MZ generation toward emerging artists. It also demonstrates a model of discovering and growing new artists together.
As the NFT market is actively utilized in various fields recently, transactions through NFTs are also thriving in the art sector. Major overseas auction houses such as Christie's, Sotheby's, and Phillips have also joined the market. With the expansion of virtual reality and digital life domains, the NFT market is expected to expand into more diverse areas in the future.
Blueberry NFT, which has already officially entered the NFT business by signing publicity rights contracts with the Korea Professional Baseball Players Association, professional soccer, and professional basketball leagues, plans to lead the NFT market by expanding its fields not only in entertainment but also in the arts.
A company official said, "Following professional sports and entertainment, we have expanded the NFT business field to the art sector through the MOU with ACNY," adding, "As NFTs are already being utilized worldwide, Blueberry NFT will do its best to lead the market by expanding its business into various fields domestically."
