Since the 13th, Kyungdong Navien has set up a base camp in Jindo-eup Jogum Market to allow customers in need to easily register and consult, and has started free inspection and repair services for boilers.
Customers affected by heavy rain damage such as flooding can visit the base camp to register for services and receive assistance. If visiting the base camp is difficult, service registration and consultation are also available through the Kyungdong Navien Customer Service Center, which operates 24/7, 365 days a year.
Additionally, Kyungdong Navien is conducting inspection and repair services by visiting homes directly to resolve the inconveniences of local residents as quickly as possible.
A Kyungdong Navien official stated, "We have prepared emergency repair services to support customers who are deeply distressed due to damage caused by heavy rain," adding, "We will do our best to provide even a small help to ease our customers' difficulties."
