The stock price appears to have surged significantly due to the news of acquiring shares in Maven Cloud Service, an application software development company, as part of business diversification.
Earlier, the company announced that it would acquire 300,000 shares of Maven Cloud Service, an application software development and supply company, for 7.5 billion KRW. After the acquisition, HandySoft's stake in Maven Cloud Service will be 50%. The scheduled acquisition date is the 14th.
HandySoft stated that the purpose of this stock acquisition is "business diversification and market expansion through strategic business cooperation."
