[Photo] A Chilly Evening on the Hongdae Street

On the first day of the Level 4 social distancing measures in the Seoul metropolitan area to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19), the streets of Hongdae in Mapo-gu, Seoul, were quieter than usual on the 12th.
