Gimhae City Operates 'Summer Forest Play School' Aligned with Vacation Period

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Sang-hyun] Gimhae City in Gyeongnam announced on the 12th that it will operate a 'Summer Forest Play School' at Bunseongsan Ecological Forest to welcome the upcoming summer vacation.

The play school will offer four free programs for two weeks starting from the 26th, including the Summer Forest Expedition to develop ecological sensitivity through interaction with nature, traditional games found in the forest, forest play with mom, and forest play with dad.

The programs will be conducted by seven forest interpreters utilizing the diverse forest environment.

Reservations for participation can be made through the Bunseongsan Ecological Forest website.

A Gimhae City official stated, "Bunseongsan Ecological Forest is a great resting place to enjoy forest bathing in the cool shade of dense trees even during the hot summer," and added, "We are conducting various experiential activities where people can learn about nature within the city, so we hope for much interest and participation."
