Subscription for 'Hillstate Yongin Gojin Station' Begins

[Asia Economy Reporter Kangwook Cho] Hyundai Engineering announced on the 12th that it will begin first-priority subscription applications on the 13th for ‘Hillstate Yongin Gojin Station,’ being built in Gorim Jindeok District, Cheoin-gu, Yongin-si, Gyeonggi-do.

The complex will be developed on D1 and D2 blocks of Gorim Jindeok District, consisting of 22 buildings with a total of 2,703 households, ranging from 4 basement floors (3 basement floors for D2 block) to 30 floors above ground. It will be composed solely of small to medium-sized apartments with exclusive areas of 59 to 84㎡, with 1,345 households in D1 block and 1,358 households in D2 block.

Although the subscription schedules for the two blocks are the same, the announcement dates for the winners differ, allowing for duplicate applications. 25% of the total supply will be decided by lottery. Subscription applications will be accepted on the 13th for first priority in the relevant area, on the 14th for first priority in other areas, and on the 15th for second priority. The announcement dates for winners are the 21st for D1 block and the 22nd for D2 block.

Besides being a large-scale brand town, the complex has various development benefits. Cheoin-gu, where the complex is located, is scheduled to have the ‘SK Hynix Semiconductor Cluster,’ ‘Yongin International Logistics Complex 4.0,’ and ‘Yongin Platform City.’ Through Everline Gojin Station, it is directly connected to Giheung Station, a transfer station for the Suin-Bundang Line. Adjacent Gorim District has schools of various levels or plans for new schools, providing favorable educational conditions.

For the 59㎡ B-type, the kitchen is designed in an ‘L’ shape to improve movement efficiency, and storage spaces such as the powder room and dressing room can be separated or integrated.

The model house is located near Dongcheon Station on the Shinbundang Line.
