Daewoo Construction is opening the model house for 'Gyodae Station Prugio Trehills,' located at 474-1, Icheon-dong, Nam-gu, Daegu Metropolitan City, and will begin sales on the 9th.

'Gyodae Station Prugio Trehills,' supplied through the Icheon Cultural District redevelopment project, will be developed on a scale of 10 apartment buildings with a total of 924 households, ranging from 3 basement floors to 36 above-ground floors, of which 662 units will be available for general sale. This system allows customers to apply for a model house visit reservation via the KakaoTalk 'Prugio' channel on their personal smartphones, and then receive a personalized QR code for model house entry through an alert message. Customers can easily handle the entire process of model house visit registration, health questionnaire completion, and sales consultation application using the QR code on their mobile phones.

The model house operates on a 100% reservation basis through the Digital One-Pass System, allowing only a limited number of visitors per hour. If visiting is not possible, detailed complex information such as location conditions and unit types can be checked through the cyber model house displayed on the website.
