[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Ju-yeon] Supporters of former Minister of Justice Choo Mi-ae are attracting attention by producing and distributing unique posters such as 'Choo Mi-ae Sunscreen' and 'Jeonggongbeop Pills' to support Choo, who has emerged as a presidential candidate within the ruling party. Unlike the previous approach where promotional materials were produced within each presidential candidate's camp, these were voluntarily created by supporters and are receiving responses for being witty and informal in both form and content.

According to Choo's side on the 7th, this series began to be created on the 5th in the group chat of 'Sanopse (Saram-i Nop-eun Sesang)', a gathering of Choo Mi-ae supporters.

The first item produced was the 'Jeonggongbeop Pills.' The pill box, engraved with Choo Mi-ae's face, included the presidential campaign slogan "A world where people are valued, a country that elevates people," along with the meaning that the pills represent taking in 'Justice, Fairness, Rule of Law' advocated by Choo. Inside, three pills labeled media reform, prosecution reform, and rent-seeking reform were placed.

Along with this, phrases resembling the efficacy and effects of pills were added, such as "Already proven effects ? eradication of anti-Gyeomyeongryeong virus and state corruption virus."

The day before, an outdoor billboard was produced quoting a post Choo Mi-ae made on Facebook: "I opened a donation account, and in less than 24 hours, thousands of supporters donated over 200 million won. I am overwhelmed with tears. Thank you."

On the same day, Choo said, "As the leader of the Candlelight movement, my goal is to complete the Candlelight reform," adding, "Therefore, I will not be distracted by tricks such as alliances, pairings, or pushing out anyone. I will rise with Jeonggongbeop according to the spirit of the Candlelight movement."

This was emphasized in response to recent speculation during the primary process that Choo might form a 'Myung-Choo alliance' with Governor Lee Jae-myung of Gyeonggi Province to counter the 'anti-Lee Jae-myung' faction.

On the same day, supporters introduced 'Choo Mi-ae Sunscreen' with the phrase "Protecting livelihoods from the ultraviolet rays of deep-rooted evils."

A representative from Choo Mi-ae's side explained, "Posters voluntarily created by supporters are being circulated through social networking services (SNS)," adding, "They were made with the heart of supporting Choo Mi-ae, and the content is ingenious and of high quality. They are attracting attention with timely expressions, so we are watching with interest."
