[This Week's Paid-in Capital Increase] Public Offering Schedule for the Second Week of July

[Asia Economy Reporter Yoo Hyun-seok] In the second week of this month (July), Boryung Pharmaceutical, KC Cottrell, Wooridle Hubrain, RFHIC, and Sedong will conduct rights offering subscriptions.


◆Boryung Pharmaceutical=Boryung Pharmaceutical will conduct subscription for employee stock ownership association and existing shareholders from the 7th to the 8th. Then, a general public subscription will be held from the 12th to the 13th.


The issue price per share is 17,750 KRW, raising a total of 98.5125 billion KRW. All the raised funds will be used as operating capital. Specifically, 70 billion KRW will be invested in the acquisition of Legacy Brand (LBA). Additionally, 28.513 billion KRW will be used for the development of improved new drugs for urology, hypertension, and diabetes.


Boryung Pharmaceutical was established on November 11, 1963. It is engaged in the manufacturing, sales, and repackaging of pharmaceuticals, trading, trade agency, real estate sales and leasing, among other businesses. It was listed on the KOSPI on October 24, 1988.


◆KC Cottrell=KC Cottrell will conduct subscription for employee stock ownership association and existing shareholders from the 8th to the 9th. Then, a general public subscription will be held from the 13th to the 14th.


The fixed issue price will be decided on the 5th. The currently fixed first issue price is 5,800 KRW, raising a total of 26.7 billion KRW. The raised funds will be used for operations and debt repayment, with 16.7 billion KRW and 10 billion KRW allocated respectively.


KC Cottrell was newly established through a spin-off from KC Green Holdings Co., Ltd. on January 1, 2010. The company registration was completed on January 6, 2010. The spun-off shares were re-listed on the Korea Exchange KOSPI on January 29, 2010.


◆Wooridle Hubrain=Wooridle Hubrain will conduct subscription for existing shareholders from the 8th to the 9th. The general public subscription will be held from the 13th to the 14th.


The fixed issue price will be decided on the 5th. The currently fixed first issue price is 1,315 KRW, planning to raise a total of 35.7 billion KRW, all of which will be used for debt repayment.


Wooridle Hubrain was established on December 1, 2009, through a spin-off of the medical business division of Wooridle Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. The shares were re-listed on the Korea Exchange KOSPI on December 30, 2009.


◆RFHIC=RFHIC will conduct subscription for existing shareholders from the 7th to the 8th, and general public subscription from the 12th to the 13th.


The issue price is 29,800 KRW per share, raising a total of 83.4 billion KRW. Of this, 27.6 billion KRW will be used for facility funds, 15.9 billion KRW for operating funds, and 40 billion KRW for acquiring securities of other companies.


RFHIC was established as a corporation on August 2, 1999. It entered the KOSDAQ market in September 2017. It is a semiconductor parts company producing GaN (gallium nitride) transistors and power amplifiers for communications and radar using GaN materials.


◆Sedong=Sedong will conduct subscription for existing shareholders from the 8th to the 9th. The general public subscription will be held from the 13th to the 14th.


The fixed issue price will be decided on the 5th. The first issue price is 1,155 KRW, raising a total of 5.5 billion KRW. Of the raised funds, 1.8 billion KRW will be used for facility funds, which is investment cost for electric vehicle production. Operating funds will include 3.5 billion KRW for raw material purchases. Two hundred million KRW will be used for issuance expenses.


Sedong was established on February 4, 1986. It entered the KOSDAQ market on August 17, 2001. It operates in the automotive parts industry.
