Saemaeul Geumgo Central Association Participates in the 'Korea Social Economy Expo'

[Asia Economy Reporter Song Seung-seop] The National Credit Union Federation of Korea announced that it will participate in the 3rd Korea Social Economy Expo for three days starting from the 2nd.

This expo, under the slogan "Social Economy, Opening Tomorrow," is a joint public-private integrated social economy expo where social economy organizations participate together. The event, involving 11 central government ministries, Gwangju City, social economy organizations, and the Korea Federation of Cooperatives, will be held at the Kim Dae-jung Convention Center in Gwangju.

At the expo exhibition hall, the National Credit Union Federation of Korea will introduce its social economy promotion support projects and loan products for social economy enterprises. Visitors to the booth will have the chance to win various prizes through a roulette event. The gifts will consist of products from social economy enterprises supported by the Federation’s "MG Social Economy Social Growth Support Project."

Cha Hoon Park, Chairman of the National Credit Union Federation of Korea, emphasized, "We are striving to promote win-win cooperation between the National Credit Union and social economy enterprises and to establish a virtuous financial circulation system in the regional economy," adding, "We will continue to work hard to foster the social economy and practice ESG (Environment, Social, Governance)."
