Isaac Burger Offers a Special Taste with Onion Smashed Patty

Isaac Toast, a leading toast brand in South Korea operated by Isaac Co., Ltd. (CEO Kim Ha-kyung), is launching a new brand called 'Isaac Burger.'

Isaac Burger, which is set to open at Sinsa Station Kitchen and Yongin Dongbaek Kitchen, embodies Isaac Co., Ltd.'s philosophy of "filling the heart with good food." Unlike typical fast food, it features fresh and healthy ingredients and signature patties grilled on the spot using the onion smashed method.

The onion beef patty at Isaac Burger is made by grilling 100% pure beef and fresh onions together on the grill, delicately controlling the temperature and time while pressing them in the onion smashed style. This cooking method, a traditional burger technique from Oklahoma, USA, harmonizes rich meat juices with the sweet flavor of onions, delivering the pure beef's flavor and a tender texture.

Additionally, the melting grill method enhances the natural taste of cheese by placing cheese on top of the patty and melting it with the patty's heat, allowing customers to enjoy the cheese's original flavor.

An Isaac Burger representative said, "We will strive to provide a high-quality dining experience that customers can always trust through Isaac Burger," and added, "We will work hard to make Isaac Burger a source of happy flavors in customers' everyday lives. We ask for your great interest and love."

Isaac Burger is scheduled to open at Sinsa Station Kitchen and Yongin Dongbaek Kitchen in mid-July.
