Sample House Opening on the 2nd
On the 2nd, Lotte Construction opened the model house for 'Changwon Lotte Castle Centum Gold,' a reconstruction project of Yangdeok 2 District in Changwon-si, Gyeongnam, and began sales.
Changwon Lotte Castle Centum Gold will be developed with a total of 956 households across 7 buildings, ranging from 3 basement floors to a maximum of 39 floors above ground, with exclusive areas of 59 to 99㎡. Among these, 706 households will be available for general sale. The number of units by exclusive area for general sale is △59㎡ 50 units △74㎡ 108 units △84㎡A 330 units △84㎡B 181 units △99㎡ 37 units.
The complex applies Lotte Castle's new residential space concept called 'AZIT3.0.' Reflecting lifestyle and consumption culture changes due to COVID-19, it aims to provide customized homes tailored to residents' preferences.
Changwon Lotte Castle Centum Gold is mainly oriented southward (including southeast and southwest directions) to maximize sunlight and daylight, and is designed as a pleasant park-type apartment with no cars on the ground. Additionally, it features a low building coverage ratio of 15% and a high landscaping area of 40%, ensuring excellent comfort. The 84㎡A, 74㎡, and 99㎡ exclusive area types have a slab-type 4-bay design for superior ventilation and lighting.

To reduce the financial burden on contract holders, the down payment of 10% will be split into two installments, with the first installment fixed at 10 million KRW.
Entry to the Changwon Lotte Castle Centum Gold model house is allowed only for those who apply for prior visits through the website. Move-in is scheduled for December 2023.
