Gyeongnam Province Selects 6 Companies for Labor-Management Win-Win Program Support

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Saeyan] Gyeongsangnam-do announced on the 25th that it has selected six companies as recipients of the labor-management win-win program support aimed at boosting workers' motivation.

On the 24th, the province held the first 2021 Labor-Management-Government Win-Win Cooperation Subcommittee meeting and conducted evaluations of companies that applied for the labor-management win-win program support project.

The companies selected for support are Shinhung, SNS, Dongwoo Tech, Mirae Environment Development, Coa System LLC, and Sebang Battery, totaling six companies.

They plan to operate programs for labor-management win-win according to the submitted workplace-specific plans.

The provincial subsidies to support this will be differentially provided, ranging from 5 million to 10 million KRW per workplace.

Meanwhile, following the meeting, Korea Aerospace Industries (KAI) presented a case study on the introduction of a joint labor welfare fund to reduce welfare gaps between large and small enterprises.
