Korean Air "Use Domestic Flights and Get Mileage Payback"

[Asia Economy Reporter Dongwoo Lee] Korean Air announced on the 24th that it will hold a mileage payback event for domestic economy class passengers.

The event can be participated in through the Korean Air website and mobile starting today, and from the 1st to the 14th of next month, passengers who purchase and complete boarding on domestic economy class bonus tickets will receive 10% of the used mileage refunded.

In addition, Korean Air is offering 1,000 Skypass miles to customers using the Paradise City partnership commemorative package until July 10th. There is also an ongoing payback event that refunds 7% of the converted points to customers who apply to convert L.Points to Skypass mileage.

To enhance customer convenience in using mileage, Korean Air introduced the mileage hybrid payment service "Cash and Miles" earlier this year. When purchasing tickets, customers can pay up to 20% of the fare with mileage as they wish.

Besides bonus tickets and seat upgrades, mileage can also be used for additional services such as lounge access and excess baggage fees. Furthermore, various products, hotel stays, tours, and admission tickets can be purchased through the mileage mall on the website.

Korean Air stated, "We plan to continuously diversify related services and usage options so that customers can use mileage easily and conveniently in the future."
