Jeil Construction Co., Ltd. Opens Model House for 'Paju Unjeong New Town Jeil Punggyeongchae Phase 2 Grand Venue' on the 25th

Jeil Construction Co., Ltd. announced that it will open the model house for Paju Unjeong New Town Jeil Punggyeongchae 2nd Grand Venue on the 25th and officially begin the sales schedule. To prevent the spread of COVID-19 infection, the model house will operate by advance reservation only.


The Jeil Punggyeongchae 2nd Grand Venue will be built in Paju Unjeong New Town, the second largest housing site district among the 2nd phase new towns. It consists of various unit sizes of 59, 84, and 101㎡, with the number of units by type as follows: ▲59㎡ 172 units ▲84㎡ 318 units ▲104㎡ 170 units. The complex will be located in Block A10 of Paju Unjeong New Town District 3. It will have a total of 660 units, ranging from one basement floor to a maximum of 23 floors above ground.

The complex offers convenient residential life by fully enjoying the infrastructure of Paju Unjeong New Town. Access to Jayuro, the 2nd Jayuro, and the Seoul-Munsan Expressway is easy, allowing quick travel to metropolitan areas such as Gimpo, Goyang, and Seoul.


Transportation infrastructure projects are also steadily improving. Currently, Unjeong Station (tentative name), the starting point of GTX-A, is planned to be built in Paju Unjeong New Town. Within a 20-minute drive, residents can access Paju LCD General Industrial Complex, Tanhyeon National Industrial Complex, and Chukhyeon 1 and 2 Industrial Complexes, making commuting convenient. Furthermore, various advanced industrial complexes such as Paju Medical Cluster and Unjeong Techno Valley are progressing smoothly nearby.

Meanwhile, the model house for Paju Unjeong New Town Jeil Punggyeongchae 2nd Grand Venue is located in Paju City, Gyeonggi Province. The scheduled move-in date is January 2024.
