It is considered a beneficiary complex due to the planned extension of the Bundang Line, and it is analyzed that demand was high because it was presented as an excellent product befitting the 'The Sharp' brand.

According to the Korea Real Estate Board's subscription website, the first priority subscription for The Sharp Osan Elifore was held on the 22nd and 23rd, with 5,219 applications received for 489 households (excluding special supply), recording an average competition rate of 10.67 to 1 (highest competition rate for 75㎡A type was 21.56 to 1). This is the highest record among apartments supplied in private residential sites in Osan.

A sales official said, "All time slots were fully booked within 5 minutes of starting reservations for the on-site model house visit, and access to the cyber model house and inquiry calls have been nonstop, showing very strong interest from demanders," adding, "The contract signing with winners is expected to proceed smoothly."

The remaining subscription schedule includes announcing the winners on Wednesday, June 30, and the official contract period will be held for one week from Monday, July 12 to Sunday, July 18.

Meanwhile, The Sharp Osan Elifore is located adjacent to Segyo 2 District, consisting of a total of 927 households with exclusive areas of 59, 75, and 84㎡. It is expected to benefit from the Bundang Line extension (Osan to Giheung) according to the '4th National Railroad Network Construction Plan' announced by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport in April. Each type features a 4-bay, slab-type (except some types) structure to enhance openness, and includes facilities such as a children's water playground and a community care center, attracting attention.

The model house is located in Osan City. Move-in is scheduled for December 2023.
