[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Ji-hee] On Wednesday the 23rd, due to atmospheric instability, the entire country is expected to be cloudy with showers occurring intermittently in various places.

Showers are expected from the morning in the Seoul metropolitan area, Chungcheong region, and Jeolla region, and in the afternoon in Gangwon Yeongseo, inland Gyeongsang, and Jeju. Some areas may experience showers continuing into the night. Expected precipitation amounts are 5 to 30 mm.

Between last night and 6 a.m., very heavy rain of 30 to 50 mm per hour is forecast mainly in Chungbuk and the southern inland areas. Some regions may receive over 100 mm of rain, potentially leading to heavy rain warnings.

In areas with showers, gusty winds along with thunder and lightning are expected, and hail may fall mainly in inland areas.

The morning low temperatures are forecast to be between 16 and 20 degrees Celsius, and the daytime highs between 20 and 26 degrees Celsius. Fine dust levels are expected to be between 'Good' and 'Moderate' across all regions.

Sea waves are expected to be 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the East Sea coastal waters, 0.5 meters in the West Sea coastal waters, and 0.5 to 1 meter in the South Sea coastal waters.
