The 'Korea Industry Purchase Assurance Index' is a survey that measures the anxiety factors consumers consider during the purchasing decision process to evaluate the level of assurance of products and services. Coway was recognized for its excellent quality and service competitiveness in this survey, winning the grand prize in the water purifier category for six consecutive years and in the bidet category for eight consecutive years.
