“Ordinary Living Spaces Are Out”... ‘ePyeonhansesang Seoklim The Noble’ Captivates Smarter Consumers

- With consumers' elevated standards... Construction companies enhance marketability by incorporating diverse specialized designs
- 'ePyeonhansesang Seoklim The Noble' records the highest number of first-priority applicants in Seosan, gaining strong response with the area's only sauna-equipped fitness center, C2 HOUSE, and more

Ordinary and monotonous residential spaces are no longer favored by consumers. This is because the number of smart and discerning consumers has increased, raising the standards for evaluating homes significantly. Construction companies are also enhancing their marketability by incorporating various specialized designs to meet these consumer demands.

First, eco-friendly systems that reduce fine dust and kid-focused facilities such as drop-off zones for residents' children have become essential elements. Additionally, designs reflecting diversified lifestyles are being attempted, such as harmoniously arranging slab-type and tower-type buildings to broaden residents' choices or providing customized residential platforms that allow residents to design their homes according to their tastes.

Moreover, as the COVID-19 pandemic prolonged the time spent at home, places equipped with diverse community facilities where residents can enjoy leisure time within the complex have gained popularity. Keywords like the first or largest community in the region also attract consumers' attention.

In fact, in February, the 'e-Pyeonhansesang Yeongjong International City Centum Venue' developed by DL E&C in Yeongjong, Incheon, received a total of 6,496 applications in the first priority subscription, making it the most subscribed complex in the Yeongjong area. The complex features an automatically operating 24-hour air purification ventilation system, an H13-grade HEPA filter capable of removing ultrafine dust, and the first indoor gymnasium installed within a Yeongjong complex, demonstrating excellent marketability and diverse specialized designs that attracted applicants' preferences.

An industry insider said, “It is true that as the time spent at home increased due to COVID-19, consumers have become more discerning in choosing homes,” adding, “Complexes with excellent marketability, such as customized residential designs and community facilities, are gaining higher preference.”

Among these, the most eye-catching recently is ‘e-Pyeonhansesang Seoklim The Noble’ supplied by DL E&C in Seosan, Chungnam. It is the first in Seosan to apply the ‘C2 HOUSE’ and captivates consumers with upscale community facilities, breaking the record for the highest number of first priority applicants in Seosan on the 8th (Tuesday).

Located in Seosan, Chungcheongnam-do, ‘e-Pyeonhansesang Seoklim The Noble’ consists of 8 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 20 above-ground floors, totaling 523 households.

“Ordinary Living Spaces Are Out”... ‘ePyeonhansesang Seoklim The Noble’ Captivates Smarter Consumers [e-Pyeonhansesang Seoklim The Noble Perspective]

‘e-Pyeonhansesang Seoklim The Noble’ is the first in Seosan to apply ‘C2 HOUSE,’ a new residential platform that comprehensively integrates DL E&C’s technology, products, design, and philosophy. C2 HOUSE is a residential layout specially designed by DL E&C to be freely changeable, reflecting diverse lifestyles and customer preferences. It is designed with an active variable structure that leaves only the minimum load-bearing walls such as the master bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom, allowing spaces to be opened or divided. Through extensive big data analysis and surveys, consumer living patterns were identified, differentiating everything from design and structure to interior style.

Notably, it maximizes convenience for residents with rational residential flow, including a large entrance pantry that maximizes storage and a one-stop laundry zone that handles washing and drying simultaneously. In the kitchen, considering the taller average height of modern people, the sink height was raised by about 3cm from the previous 86cm to 89cm. Additionally, large wide windows were installed to maximize kitchen lighting and ventilation.

Furthermore, ‘e-Pyeonhansesang Seoklim The Noble’ consists only of medium to large units ranging from 84 to 114㎡, which are highly preferred by consumers. It harmoniously arranges south-facing 4-bay slab-type and tower-type buildings to allow residents to choose according to their lifestyle. To ensure a healthy living environment free from fine dust concerns, integrated air quality sensors and air purification ventilation systems are provided inside each unit, and fine dust reduction solutions such as air curtains are installed at each building entrance.

The diverse and upscale community facilities for residents are also noteworthy. First, for residents’ children, the complex includes an on-site daycare center, a drop-off zone for academy vehicles, a kids’ station, and an indoor playground with a kids’ lounge. Additionally, it features the only fitness center in the area equipped with a sauna, as well as various community facilities such as screen golf, a reading room, study rooms, and a green caf?.

‘e-Pyeonhansesang Seoklim The Noble’ will conduct official contracts from Monday, the 28th, to Thursday, July 1. Move-in is scheduled for January 2024.

The housing exhibition hall for ‘e-Pyeonhansesang Seoklim The Noble’ is located in Seosan, Chungcheongnam-do, and to prevent the spread of COVID-19, a visit reservation system will be operated during the official contract period.
