[Asia Economy Reporter Hyunseok Yoo] Neofect announced on the 22nd that its subsidiary Long Life Green Care will add new branches of the premium day and night care center business, "Long Life Elder Garden," due to strong performance. Following the Gangdong branch in Seoul, which opened in October last year, the Suwon Gwonsun branch was established in May this year, and the Yongin Dongbaek branch is planned to open in September.
"Long Life Elder Garden" is Long Life Green Care's premium silver care brand. It was rebranded to provide more professional rehabilitation solution services in superior facilities. The biggest difference from existing day and night care centers is that it offers physical rehabilitation using Neofect's upper and lower limb rehabilitation devices such as Smart Glove and Smart Balance, as well as cognitive rehabilitation programs through rehabilitation solutions like Smart Pegboard and Smart Table.
Long Life Green Care plans to continuously expand centers and establish large-scale facilities due to positive customer responses to its premium silver care services.
A Neofect official stated, "The Gangdong branch is currently fully booked, with a contract success rate approaching 100% after consultations, and its monthly operating profit turned positive within six months of opening in April. The Suwon Gwonsun branch, which opened newly in May, recently completed additional expansion construction to accommodate more customers."
He added, "This fall, we will open the large flagship center, Yongin Dongbaek branch, to offer even more professional silver care services. It will be a large-scale center accommodating over 100 people, with regular programs planned to conduct rehabilitation training using Neofect products together with physical therapists."
