Shindonga Construction Wins Contract for 1,700-Unit Apartment Complex in Yeongdeungpo

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Hyemin] Shindongah Construction announced on the 22nd that it has won the contract for a large apartment complex with 1,681 households in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul.

On the 11th, it was finally selected as the construction company through a vote at the 'Singil 5-dong Regional Housing Association Project' founding general meeting.

This project involves constructing a complex of 1,681 residential units and neighborhood living facilities on the site at 413-8, Singil-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, with a scale of two basement floors to 25 above-ground floors. Shindongah Construction has been participating as the scheduled constructor since 2015. After the district unit plan is finalized, land acquisition is completed, and the project plan is approved, full-scale construction will begin.

President Sidae Bok said, "We will proceed with the project with the determination to uphold the pride of a mid-sized construction company in the heart of Seoul, which has become a battleground for large construction companies' contracts," adding, "We will introduce a landmark apartment in the Yeongdeungpo area with a premium brand strategy that incorporates differentiated product development and complex specialization elements."
