"Experience Shoe Care"... Samsung Electronics Opens 'Bespoke Shoe Dresser' Experience Zone

[Asia Economy Reporter Jeong Hyunjin] Samsung Electronics announced on the 22nd that it plans to install product experience zones for its shoe care device, the Bespoke Shoe Dresser, at major movie theaters, hotels, and golf courses in the Seoul metropolitan area and expand these zones.

Samsung Electronics installed the Bespoke Shoe Dresser at the CGV Seoul Yongsan I'Park Mall 'Skybox' so that moviegoers can take care of their shoes while enjoying films. They also created a space where visitors can experience the Bespoke Air Dresser, Cube Refrigerator, and Cube Air air purifier together.

Additionally, Samsung added the Bespoke Shoe Dresser to the 'Experience Room,' a lifestyle appliance experience room at the Shilla Hotel, where Samsung's lifestyle home appliances had been installed. A Bespoke Shoe Dresser experience zone was also set up at Anseong Benest Golf Club. Golfers can manage the shoes they wore to the course or their golf shoes worn during rounds through this device.

Along with this, Samsung Electronics is conducting a 'To-Go Event' that allows consumers to rent the Bespoke Shoe Dresser for up to 14 days to try it out at home. This event offers free delivery, installation, and pickup, enabling consumers to experience the product's features without any additional cost.

Hwang Taehwan, Executive Vice President of Samsung Electronics Korea, said, "Since the shoe care device is a new product category, we have prepared various touchpoints so that more consumers can experience it." He added, "Through the Bespoke Shoe Dresser, we will provide total fashion care that manages not only clothing but also shoes in a customized way."

The Bespoke Shoe Dresser manages shoes through deodorization, drying, and sterilization with features such as ▲'Air Wash' that shakes off odor particles ▲'UV Odor Decomposition Filter' that breaks down odor particles ▲'Low-Temperature Delicate Drying' that dries at below 40 degrees Celsius, similar to human body temperature ▲'Xenon UVC Lamp' that removes various viruses and harmful bacteria.
