Eduwill CEO's Organizational Culture Campaign: "Creating a Flexible and Gentle Culture Through Stretching"

“Just like stretching to relieve tight muscles, stretching to create a flexible and smooth organizational culture is also important.”

Eduwill, a comprehensive education company (CEO Park Myung-kyu), is operating the ‘Organizational Culture Stretching Campaign,’ which provides guidelines on lifestyle habits frequently encountered in company life such as meetings and reporting. The ‘Organizational Culture Stretching Campaign’ is a program that offers guidance on workplace habits to help members take the lead in forming a flexible and smooth organizational culture.

An Eduwill representative said, “Meetings and reports are among the tasks encountered daily or weekly in company life,” adding, “We provide Eduwillers (Eduwill employees) with guidelines so that the most frequently encountered workplace habits can be flexible and concise rather than difficult and rigid.”

Through this, Eduwillers conduct their work according to ‘Simple Meetings,’ ‘Concise Reports,’ and ‘Clear Instructions.’ First, ‘Simple Meetings’ guide employees to keep daily meetings brief, within 30 minutes, and to conclude with at least one actionable decision. Next, ‘Concise Reports’ encourage preparing succinct reports that summarize the core points on one page rather than working on documents spanning dozens of pages. The Eduwill representative explained that this is a guide to help employees avoid spending excessive time on meetings or reports and to wrap them up concisely, fostering a flexible organizational culture focused on work.

Lastly, ‘Clear Instructions’ targets managerial-level employees, providing guidance to set deadlines in advance and specify desired outcomes when giving work instructions, ensuring smooth progress without difficulties. Through the ‘Organizational Culture Stretching Campaign,’ Eduwill employees have been able to adopt more flexible behavioral norms within the organization that might otherwise be rigid and obstructive.

In addition, Eduwill operates various programs such as announcing a new catchphrase and implementing a flexible working hours system for employees. Detailed information about Eduwill’s various organizational culture-related activities can be found on the Eduwill recruitment website.

Meanwhile, Eduwill is a comprehensive education company honored with three Presidential Awards and 13 government agency awards. It ranked first in the Korea Research public official preference and awareness survey and has been officially certified three times by the Korea Records Institute (KRI), Korea’s Guinness Book, for producing the highest number of successful real estate agent exam candidates.
