CEO Yoon Jun-woong Donates 6 Million KRW Worth of Goods to Sinan-gun Severe Disability Independent Living Support Center

[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Seo Young-seo] Continuous support and interest are being extended to the Sinan County Severe Disability Independent Living Support Center (hereinafter Sinan Independent), which provides employment support and educational programs to help severely disabled residents of Sinan County, Jeollanam-do achieve independence.

According to Sinan Independent on the 21st, the Jeonnam Producers Cooperative (CEO Yoon Jun-woong) recently donated 30 bags of rice to enable disabled visitors to Sinan Independent to share meals together, as well as three computers to support users' education, leisure, and culture.

Additionally, considering Sinan County's characteristics with frequent business trips to island areas, five tablet PCs were donated for Sinan Independent staff. The total value of the donated items exceeds 6 million KRW.

Choi, a severely disabled person using the donated computers, expressed joy, saying, "I want to learn computer skills diligently and volunteer by teaching other disabled people."

Han Jin-joo, Secretary-General of Sinan Independent, expressed gratitude for the donation from Jeonnam Producers Cooperative and said, "We will do our best to embody the donor's intentions," adding, "We hope for continued interest and participation."

Yoon Jun-woong, CEO of Jeonnam Producers Cooperative located in Muan County and originally from Jaeun-myeon, Sinan County, sells local agricultural, fishery, and livestock products as well as processed foods, achieving annual sales in the 10 billion KRW range. He is also leading various social contribution projects, including providing scholarships to universities.
