The application period is from the 22nd to December 3rd, and the project may end early if the budget is exhausted.
The eligible electric vehicle models include 57 passenger car models and 15 cargo vehicle models, totaling 72 models from 22 companies.
Supported models can be checked through the Ministry of Environment’s Low Emission Vehicle Integrated Website.
The subsidy amount ranges from 5.34 million KRW to 13 million KRW per electric passenger car, and from 9 million KRW to 26 million KRW for electric cargo vehicles, depending on vehicle size.
Among the total volume of passenger and cargo vehicles, 10% is preferentially allocated to vulnerable groups, families with multiple children, first-time vehicle buyers, taxis, and buyers replacing old diesel vehicles.
