LG Electronics Selected as Official Partner of the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra in the UK

On the 20th, LG Electronics announced that it was recently selected as the official partner of the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra (RPO) in the UK. Leveraging the premium brand LG SIGNATURE, it will sponsor this year's concert season celebrating the RPO's 75th anniversary.


LG SIGNATURE is LG Electronics' premium home appliance brand that pursues ▲overwhelming performance based on technological innovation ▲refined design faithful to the essence ▲and innovative usability on a different level, under the slogan "Art inspired by technology, technology perfected by art."


Through this partnership, LG Electronics expects to more effectively communicate not only the brand philosophy of LG SIGNATURE but also its technological and artistic values to customers enjoying world-class orchestra performances.

LG Electronics plans to enable customers using LG Smart TVs such as OLED TVs and NanoCell TVs to enjoy highlight videos of the RPO's 75th anniversary concert held this September at the Royal Albert Hall in London, UK. Produced in 8K resolution, customers using LG SIGNATURE OLED 8K can experience the orchestra with vivid visuals.


To widely promote the differentiated value of LG SIGNATURE, LG Electronics is conducting premium marketing across various fields including culture, arts, and sports. Until recently, LG Electronics has collaborated with institutions such as the Pushkin Museum in Russia, the American Ballet Theater in the US, and La Scala Opera House in Italy to showcase LG SIGNATURE's innovative technology and artistic value. Additionally, since 2017, it has been the official sponsor of the Evian Championship, one of the world's five major women's golf tournaments.
