The model house for 'Yonggye Station Prugio Artsber' operates on a 100% reservation basis in accordance with COVID-19 quarantine guidelines. The subscription schedule starts with special supply on the 28th, followed by first priority local area on the 29th, first priority other areas on the 30th, and second priority subscription on July 1st. The announcement of winners will be on the 7th for Complex 1 and the 8th for Complex 2, with official contracts taking place from the 19th to the 23rd.
'Yonggye Station Prugio Artsber,' promoted as part of the Yonggye-dong urban development project, will be developed into two complexes, A1 and A2 blocks. The sale price is set at 291.64 million to 331.20 million KRW for 59㎡ units and 401.08 million to 471.95 million KRW for 84㎡ units. The payment will be made with 10% down payment, 50% interim payment, and 40% balance.
The complex offers various floor plans with distinctive space designs for each type, allowing buyers to choose according to their needs.
