A is accused of taking B, whom he met for the first time at a restaurant in Deokjin-gu, Jeonju-si, to his residence and confining her for about 20 minutes around 4 a.m. on the 13th.
It is reported that he used force, including covering B's mouth, to take her to the crime scene. The police responded to a report of "sounds of a fight" and apprehended A.
