Launch of '33 Naengmomi' Flavored with Halla Tuna Extract

Hall Food participated in a collaboration with the seasonal menu "33 Naengmyeon" launched by the snack franchise specialty store "33 Tteokbokki" for the summer, using their tuna extract. According to "33 Tteokbokki," they chose Hall Food's "Tuna Extract," which is considered the best liquid sauce base broth sold domestically, to match the clean and savory broth flavor characteristic of cold buckwheat noodles.

"33 Naengmyeon" features buckwheat noodles with a high buckwheat content and broth flavored with Hall Tuna Extract, realizing a premium version of commercially available cold buckwheat noodles. The package design also adds a trendy retro style, appealing to people of all ages.

33 Tteokbokki is a brand born from the technology of Sandol Food Co., Ltd., with tteokbokki and mini gimbap as its main menu items. It has established a system capable of stable logistics supply through its headquarters manufacturing plant, attracting strong interest from prospective entrepreneurs. While existing snack franchises mainly generate sales from dine-in, takeout, and delivery, 33 Tteokbokki, a tteokbokki startup brand, can increase additional sales through meal kits without extra labor costs, rapidly emerging as a new startup item in the era of high labor costs.

Hall Food is the first company to create the domestic liquid seasoning market with its "Tuna Extract." Based on the long-loved "Hall Tuna Extract," it recently produces and sells "Cooking Fairy Stir-fry and Braised Sauce" and "Jubu Cheonha Tsuyu," and through its subsidiary Brother Trading, imports and sells Thailand's decaffeinated "Zero Moringa Tea" and low-sugar "MacMac Dried Mango."

"Hall Tuna Extract" is the original tuna extract with a high market share in the domestic liquid seasoning market. It is Korea's first tuna extract made by directly preparing and extracting ingredients such as smoked tuna, domestic radish, kelp, and shiitake mushrooms. Just one spoonful added to any dish enhances umami and seasoning, making it a long-loved secret weapon in cooking.
