[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Soon-kyung] Hamyang-gun, Gyeongnam, and the Expo Organizing Committee are concentrating all administrative efforts for the successful hosting of the 2021 Hamyang Sansam Anti-Aging Expo, which is just over 80 days away.

Accordingly, on the 16th, the county held a progress review meeting for the Expo in the main conference room, presided over by County Governor Seo Chun-soo, with about 40 attendees including Kim Jong-soon, Secretary General of the Organizing Committee, Deputy County Governor Cha Seok-ho, and department heads from both the county and the Organizing Committee.

At this meeting, a promotion plan prioritizing ‘safety’ was presented, including thorough quarantine plans and comprehensive safety measures.

Additionally, preparations for various events were reported, such as pre-events like D-33 car camping to create an Expo boom and high-quality outdoor installation art exhibitions.

Governor Seo said, “I thank everyone who is putting their efforts into preparing for the Expo. With growing expectations for a return to normal life through vaccination, please do your best to leave a lasting impression of Hamyang-gun, the ‘Home of Sansam,’ on visitors this September.”

Following this, Kim Jong-soon, Secretary General of the Organizing Committee, stated, “We will deliver the best Expo this fall through the establishment of a thorough quarantine system. We will do our utmost to strengthen the brand value of Hamyang Sansam in line with the changing trends of the COVID-19 era and present a world-class Expo.”
