New Membership 'Club Ten Years Plus' for Long-Term Premium Customers Over 10 Years Established

[Asia Economy Reporter Ki Ha-young] Lotte Card announced on the 15th that it has established a membership called 'CLUB 10 YEARS+,' an exclusive service for long-term loyal customers.

The membership is available to customers who have been Lotte Card members for more than 10 years and hold either a Lotte Card or a Lotte Point Plus card. Both cards have been on the market for over 14 years and are long-standing cards that many customers have consistently used over a long period. In particular, the Lotte Card was the first credit card product launched since the company's inception in 2002.

Lotte Card will replace the existing Lotte Card and Lotte Point Plus cards with limited edition card plates featuring special designs for eligible members who apply. Applications for the event can be made through the Lotte Card customer center, and the application deadline is August 31.

The limited edition card plate design expresses gratitude to long-term loyal customers with the meaning of "a masterpiece containing your uniqueness." The plate design is inspired by the Faberg? eggs, treasures of the Russian royal family.

Starting with this card design upgrade, Lotte Card plans to continuously introduce various services exclusively available to this card membership, such as special discounts at the All My Shopping Mall, discounts on dining, shopping, and hotels. Additionally, for customers holding the limited edition card, extra benefits beyond the membership perks will be provided to strengthen communication with long-term loyal customers.

A Lotte Card official said, "We established this membership system to repay the love of customers who have been with us for a long time," adding, "We plan to prepare various exclusive benefits for long-term members to continue this valuable relationship."
