[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Sang-hyun] Gimhae City, Gyeongnam Province, announced on the 14th that the 'Good Delivery App Usage Campaign,' which started in May, is continuing the warmth of good consumption.
The 'Good Delivery App' refers to delivery apps with brokerage fees of 2% or less and that accept Gimhae Love Gift Certificates as payment, reducing the burden on both small business owners engaged in delivery services and citizens, enabling mutual growth.
The city is conducting the 'Good Delivery App Usage Campaign,' where if users make payments with gift certificates three or more times in a given month using the good delivery apps and upload a certification photo on the city hall website, they are entered into a random drawing to receive Gimhae Love Gift Certificates.
Currently, Meokkebi and Wemakeprice O are the delivery apps targeted by the campaign, and the number of orders paid by citizens during May was about 4,000, which is approximately four times higher compared to before the campaign was launched.
Mayor Heo Seong-gon said, "I thank all the citizens who have shown great interest and participated in the mutually beneficial consumption and good delivery app campaign," adding, "Your participation is a great support to our neighbors, the small business owners, so we ask for your continued interest and use."
