Chef-Made Handmade Premium Chicken and Craft Beer Set 'To-go'(To-go)' on Sale
Set includes craft beer, cold cuts, cheese, and snacks packed in a hotel goods cooler bag

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Yuri] Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas announced on the 14th that it will launch a chef-made premium chicken and signature craft beer set as a To-go product this summer, using a patented cooking method.

The InterContinental premium chicken features a tender texture made with the natural carbonated water brining technique from Chojung-ri. It is available in two varieties: the richly flavored 'Roast Chicken' and the Chinese-style 'Shaoqi Chicken.' The 'Roast Chicken' includes Quattro Chicken stuffed with four kinds of cheese and spinach inside the chicken breast, and a nugget-style crispy chicken made by grilling brined chicken thigh meat as a side menu. The cold Chinese-style 'Shaoqi Chicken' is served with Yuringi accompanied by vegetables. The premium chicken, available until the end of October, requires a reservation at least 3 hours in advance and is priced at 55,000 KRW (tax included). A 10% discount will also be offered on the hottest days of the summer season: Chobok, Jungbok, and Malbok.

The hotel’s signature craft beer set to cool down the summer heat consists of two cans of 'Art Pale Ale,' assorted cold cuts made by the hotel chef, cheese, and mini pretzel snacks, all packed in a cooler bag produced by the hotel. 'Art Pale Ale' is a fragrant ale beer rich in citrus aromas such as orange and grapefruit. It is packaged by immediate canning in special aluminum cans. The hotel’s self-produced cooler bag is a convenient size for outdoor camping or picnics. The signature craft beer set To-go is available until the end of August and priced at 33,000 KRW (tax included).
