The late culinary researcher was known for presenting new and creative healthy dishes using natural ingredients. He traveled around the world for over 40 years searching for ingredients and creating dishes, earning the nickname 'Wandering Chef.'
In 2006, he received a commendation from the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, and in 2014, he became well-known to the public by appearing on the TV program "How to Eat Well and Live Well - Have You Eaten?" Recently, he appeared on shows such as "Master in the House," "Law of the Jungle" chef edition, and "Eat More and Go."
In October last year, he deeply moved audiences with the documentary film "Bapjeong," which portrayed his philosophy on life and cooking, as well as his longing for his mother.
