8 Percent "Invest 100 Won from Personal Credit to Apartment Mortgage Loans"

Investors who newly sign up by the end of this month will receive 4,900 points that can be used like cash by entering a coupon number. The minimum investment amount at 8 Percent is 5,000 won, so investors can participate by adding just 100 won. Investment products are disclosed on an ongoing basis.

8 Percent explained that this event is an opportunity to introduce online investment-linked finance business (OnTu business) to domestic financial consumers and small-scale diversified investment, as well as to experience the reduced tax rate. Interest income from P2P investments is classified as ‘non-operating interest income’ and is taxed at 27.5% (25% income tax and 2.5% local income tax), but OnTu business platforms benefit from a reduced tax rate of 15.4%.
