Drive the New Electric Car IONIQ5 to Busan's Hot Design Spots

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Yong-woo] AREA6, a local culture platform opened as a regional win-win model, has been selected as a tour course for the new electric vehicle.

Samjin Food (CEO Hwang Chang-hwan) announced on the 10th that AREA6, a complex cultural space opened in February, will participate as a tour spot in the test drive program "Design Spot Tour by IONIQ5" held at Hyundai Motorstudio Busan.

AREA6 is a local cultural space featuring various attractions such as wrapping art, poster exhibitions, and AR exhibitions, along with food and beverages.

It gained recognition by being included in the "11 Design Spots" selected at the 2021 Busan Design Week.

The "Design Spots" are 11 locations throughout Busan where visitors can enjoy both design and art, consisting of cafes, edit shops, brand showrooms, and complex cultural spaces.

Along with AREA6, Hyundai Motorstudio Busan, also selected as a "Design Spot," hosts test drives and design hot spot tours for Hyundai Motor's next-generation electric vehicle, the IONIQ5.

There are two total driving courses for the "Design Spot Tour by IONIQ5."

▲ Drive Course A starts from Hyundai Motorstudio Busan, passes through Suyeongman Yacht Stadium, Busan Cinema Street, and the Moon Tan Road viewpoint (entrance to Dalmaji-gil), and arrives at another design spot, "Via Inkino Busan."

▲ Drive Course B also starts from Hyundai Motorstudio Busan, then goes through Gwangalli Beach Park, Yeongdo Bridge, and Busan Bridge, arriving at AREA6.

AREA6 plans to offer a docent-accompanied tour for customers visiting through this test drive program.

Applications for participation in the "Design Spot Tour by IONIQ5" can be made on the official website of Hyundai Motorstudio Busan. This program operates by advance reservation and will run for one month starting from the 10th.

The 2021 Busan Design Week, Busan's first specialized design exhibition, will be held from the 17th to the 20th at BEXCO Exhibition Hall 2 in Busan.
