Specialized Street Mall in Marine Sports Complex 'Siwha MTV' Draws Attention... 'Siwha MTV Bonitaga' Sale Sparks Buzz [Bird's-eye view of Sihwa MTV Bonita]

Last year, the 'Wave Park,' which opened in the center of the Turtle Island Marine Leisure Complex in Siwha Multi Techno Valley (Siwha MTV), Siheung-si, Gyeonggi Province, is emerging as a new marine leisure hub with the advantage of enjoying various contents such as yachting, surfing, and water parks in the metropolitan city center.

The Turtle Island Marine Leisure Complex was developed by Siheung-si, Gyeonggi Province, Korea Water Resources Corporation, and Daewon Plus Group on a 325,300㎡ site around Turtle Island. Among the facilities in the marine leisure complex, Wave Park was the first to open, and by 2025, a national marina port will be established on Turtle Island.

In addition, infrastructure construction such as the Metropolitan Area 2nd Ring Expressway is underway. Currently, the adjacent transportation network includes Oido Station, served by Subway Line 4 and the Suin-Bundang Line, the Seohaean Expressway, and the Pyeongtaek-Siheung Expressway connecting to Jecheon, providing excellent accessibility. When the planned Oido Connection Line tram and the Sinansan Line double-track railway open, transportation conditions are expected to improve further.

Thanks to these favorable conditions, there is growing interest in newly launched commercial facilities in the area. Recently, a street mall equipped with marine leisure specialized facilities such as a deep diving pool is about to be launched right in front of Wave Park, attracting attention.

The main attraction is 'Siwha MTV Bonitaga,' located at Siwha MTV Street Mall 2 in Jeongwang-dong, Siheung-si, the central location of Siwha MTV right in front of Wave Park. It will be developed as a complex street mall spanning from basement level 1 to the 3rd floor. Various marine leisure facilities such as a deep diving pool, infinity pool, and aqua spa will be created to synergize with Wave Park, along with various attractions and a Spanish San Sebasti?n-style design, offering a themed street mall where visitors can feel the atmosphere of the European coast.

Along with this, it has a rich hinterland demand estimated at about 100,000 residents within Siwha MTV and about 400,000 workers in surrounding industrial complexes. It is possible to reach nearby southwestern Gyeonggi areas such as Ansan Gojan New Town, Songsan Green City, and Incheon Songdo International City within 30 minutes to an hour by car, and large-scale metropolitan demand including tourists to Daebu Island is also expected.

The project site is located adjacent to the Siwha Narae Dullegil, which runs along the Siwha Lake, and infrastructure construction such as the Metropolitan Area 2nd Ring Expressway is also underway. Once this section opens, accessibility will be greatly improved, allowing travel from Siwha MTV to Seoul within an hour.

Additionally, the nearby Pyeongtaek-Siheung Expressway Namansan IC allows connection to the Yeongdong Expressway, Seohaean Expressway, and Metropolitan Area 1st Ring Expressway. Oido Station, served by Seoul Subway Line 4 and the Suin-Bundang Line, is close by, and transportation conditions are expected to improve further with the future opening of the Oido Connection Line tram and the Sinansan Line double-track railway.

Meanwhile, the sales promotion center and model house for 'Siwha MTV Bonitaga' will be located at 724-2 Gojan-dong, Danwon-gu, Ansan-si, Gyeonggi Province, with key promotional centers also operating at 2nd floor, Beomyang Building, 722-37 Banpo-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul; Room 135, The Sharp Triple Tower West, 171 Songdo-dong, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon; and Room 206, First Plaza, 4-gil Geobukseom, Siheung-si, Gyeonggi Province.
