Samsung Heavy Industries "Inpex Australia Files Counterclaim in Lawsuit Over Unpaid Contract Deposit"

[Asia Economy Reporter Park Soyeon] Samsung Heavy Industries announced on the 8th that Inpex, an Australian resource development company, has filed a claim for damages at the Singapore Arbitration Court for delays in the process of offshore facilities delivered by Samsung Heavy Industries.

This is a counterclaim against Samsung Heavy Industries' lawsuit filed in April this year at the Singapore Arbitration Court, seeking unpaid contract balances and additional costs from Inpex.
