On the same day, Hamyang County held an executive meeting chaired by Mayor Seo Chunsu, where reports on important pending projects to be promoted by each department were presented, and cooperation among departments was secured for smooth project implementation.
Mayor Seo emphasized, “Courteous civil complaint response is one of the most fundamental qualities that public officials must possess,” and urged, “Senior public officials at grade 6 and above should guide new employees well in civil complaint responses and work processing based on their accumulated public service experience so that residents can tangibly feel the civil service.”
He continued, “As the busy farming season begins with the full-scale onion harvest, active participation from related organizations as well as residents is necessary to assist with rural labor,” and stressed, “Please cooperate to establish an all-around cooperative system so that the timing of the onion harvest and other tasks is not missed.”
In addition, Mayor Seo requested thorough efforts in carrying out urgent pending tasks such as compliance with quarantine guidelines to prevent the spread of COVID-19, improving integrity, rapid financial execution, securing national and provincial funds, increasing population, and preparing for the 2021 Hamyang Wild Ginseng Anti-Aging Expo.
Mayor Seo Chunsu said, “With about 20 days left in the first half of the year, it is a time when thorough preparation is needed for various evaluations such as rapid financial execution and integrity measurement,” and urged, “Carefully examine what projects the residents need and proactively and preemptively promote all ongoing projects.”
