Over 94,000 Job Seekers Flock to KB Good Job Ontact Job Fair

Since it is held online, this online job fair, accessible to everyone through the KB Good Job website and mobile app, featured participation from over 370 excellent small and medium-sized enterprises and mid-sized companies nationwide. In addition, various employment support contents and events for job seekers have been conducted, resulting in great response with more than 94,000 job seekers participating over seven days since the first day of the event on May 31.

This job fair, themed as an 'Ontact job fair supporting job seekers from preparation to video interviews tailored to their needs,' offered abundant content and received favorable reviews from both job seekers and HR managers of recruiting companies. The 'Customized Job Posting Recommendation' program, which recommends job postings based on the personality and interest types of job seekers, and pre-recorded video interviews were operated to provide HR managers, who felt burdened by real-time online interviews, with a more comfortable opportunity to meet job seekers.
