Gather All Excellent Crafts from Gyeongsangnam-do

The 51st Gyeongsangnam-do Craft Exhibition Held from July 13 to 18

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Saeyan] Gyeongsangnam-do is accepting entries for the '51st Gyeongsangnam-do Crafts Exhibition' to be held from July 13 to 18.

Entries can be submitted from the 7th to the 25th through the '51st Korea Crafts Exhibition' website.

Physical works will be accepted on July 13 (one day) at the 3rd Exhibition Hall on the 3rd floor of Changwon Convention Center.

Eligibility requires that entrants be residents or located in the province as of the announcement date and that the works be personally created by the entrant.

The categories for submission include six fields: wood and lacquer crafts, ceramic crafts, metal crafts, textile crafts, paper crafts, and other crafts.

Works that have already been exhibited or commercialized domestically or internationally, works that have won awards in other similar contests, and unfinished works are excluded.

External experts in each field will evaluate and select 92 individual awards and 6 group awards from cities and counties. The results will be announced on July 16 through the Gyeongsangnam-do website.

All submitted works, including award-winning pieces, will be exhibited at the 51st Gyeongsangnam-do Crafts Exhibition from July 16 to 18.

Awardees will receive a certificate from the governor and eligibility to participate in the 51st Korea Crafts Exhibition. Additionally, various benefits such as bonus points for support funds for excellent craft development and preferential designation as Gyeongsangnam-do recommended products will be provided.
