Employees who receive the COVID-19 vaccine can use paid leave on the day of vaccination and the following day, regardless of any adverse reactions.
If adverse reactions occur after using the two days of vaccine leave, employees can use an additional day of paid leave. If adverse reactions persist, employees can take leave for medical examinations according to government guidelines.
A Prudential Life Insurance official stated, "We introduced the 'vaccine leave system' to encourage employees to get vaccinated and ensure they have sufficient rest."
