Amorepacific Group Donates Goods Worth 2 Billion KRW Through 'Arittaun Mulpumnanum' Program


[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] Amorepacific Group announced on the 3rd that it donated cosmetics and daily necessities worth approximately 2.02 billion KRW through the ‘Arittaun Goods Sharing’ program in the first half of this year to the Community Chest of Korea, also known as the ‘Fruit of Love’ social welfare community chest.


Arittaun Goods Sharing is a goods support activity prepared by Amorepacific Group to create a more beautiful world together through coexistence with local communities.


In the first half of 2021, eight brands of Amorepacific Group including Hanyul, Median, Lirikos, Happy Bath, Ryo, Innisfree, Primera, and O’Sulloc participated and delivered goods worth 2.02 billion KRW (based on consumer price) donated to 1,500 social welfare facilities nationwide.


Starting support for social welfare facilities in 2005 with ‘Sharing Goods of Love,’ Arittaun Goods Sharing expanded its support scale by partnering with the Community Chest of Korea since 2009.


Every year, it supports cosmetics and daily necessities worth approximately 4 billion KRW to about 3,000 social welfare facilities related to women, the elderly, children, and the disabled nationwide. As of 2021, it has donated goods worth 82.5 billion KRW (based on consumer price) to about 33,000 social welfare facilities nationwide.
