[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Heeyoon] Yuhan-Kimberly announced on the 2nd that it will introduce paid leave for COVID-19 vaccination.

According to Yuhan-Kimberly, as COVID-19 vaccination for citizens under 60 years old becomes more visible, paid vaccine leave will be operated from this day so that employees can receive the vaccine safely and comfortably.

Accordingly, employees can use paid leave not only for 4 hours on the day of vaccination but also for the following day.

Earlier, Yuhan-Kimberly has been implementing telecommuting since February last year when the spread of COVID-19 intensified. Currently, telecommuting is operated with two days of commuting and three days of telecommuting per week for all employees eligible for telecommuting, such as office workers.

A Yuhan-Kimberly official said, "Through the smart work system introduced in 2011, by normalizing flexible use of time and space, we were able to implement telecommuting and remote work more agilely and smoothly during the current COVID-19 situation."
